"Fresh produce that made the week easier"
I was really happy with my order. The fruits and veggies showed up fresh with no weird soft spots, and the lettuce actually lasted the whole week. It’s a small thing, but having produce stay good makes meal planning feel a lot less stressful.

"My Easy Go-To Grocery Stop"
hannaford is really close to my house, so I end up stopping there a lot after work or whenever I need something on the weekend. It’s just convenient, that makes such a difference when you’re tired and trying to get errands done. Parking is usually easy too, which I always appreciate. I don’t have to make some big trip out of it, so over time it’s kind of just become my regular grocery spot.

Hannaford is decent overall, but the local availability for my store has been unreliable. A few times it showed items as in stock, then I got there or placed a pickup order and they were nowhere to be found. It’s frustrating because it feels like the inventory isn’t being updated carefully. I’ve also had pickup orders packed a little careless, with things kind of tossed in without much attention. The prices and site layout are fine, but I really wish the product info actually matched what’s on the shelves.

Walked in and noticed it right away. Super clean. Floors, shelves, everything looked taken care of. Just an easy, pleasant store to be in

Uh, my order had lettuce that was already starting to brown, and the strawberries were mushy. I usually like hannaford, so this was kind of disappointing. I ended up having to throw some of it out the next day

"Wish I Had Checked Everything First"
I’m disappointed. They replaced pretty much everything with strange, cheaper-looking stuff, and I didn’t realize how bad it was until after the fact. I really wish I had paid closer attention before agreeing to it

I usually find a good mix of what I need on hannaford. Not everything is always in stock though. Some stuff does go fast. But overall? Solid selection and easy to shop

I’ve run into this a few times now. The website says the item is in stock, but when I get to the store, the shelves are empty again. Frustrating when I make the trip expecting it to be there.

"Not really worth it for me"
I ordered a couple of the prepared dinners and, they were just kind of disappointing. The chicken was dry, the sides tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while, and one of the containers was leaking when it arrived. It wasn’t, like, absolutely terrible or anything, but yeah, I don’t think I’d order again.

I use hannaford pickup when I’m slammed and don’t have time to shop, it does save me a lot of time. That said, the wait can be longer than expected sometimes, and I’ve had a few items swapped out that weren’t really what I would’ve picked. It’s still convenient overall, but I do get tired of the canned apologies when something’s off. A real explanation would be nicer once in a while.

I’ve been buying more store brands lately, they’re just a great way to save money. A lot of them taste just as good as the name brands, so I don’t really feel like I’m missing out.

"Helpful Staff, But the Wait Wasn't Great"
The staff was really helpful and made things easy once I got to them, so I appreciated that. At the same time, the line moved kind of slow, which was a little frustrating. Overall, it was a decent experience, even though I was annoyed by the wait.

I’ve used it a few times, my gut feeling is that it could be more user-friendly. It works, but there are moments where I find myself stuck or having to poke around longer than I’d like. Not terrible, just harder to use sometimes than it should be.

"Helpful for planning, but instructions could be clearer"
I mostly use hannaford to put together my grocery list and check prices before heading to the store. It’s easy to navigate, and the search usually figures out what I mean even when I’m typing quickly. I also like that deals and items I’ve bought before are easy to find. Pickup checkout was simple enough too, but I do wish some of the instructions were a little clearer along the way. Overall, it’s nothing fancy, but it works, and that’s really what I need
